Since 1996, Business Technology Source has been providing website and custom software services to businesses, non-profits and educational institutions. BTS is run by Johnna Armstrong. [More about Johnna here].

BTS is based in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, where the quality of life keeps us content and relatively stress-free, and cost of living allows us to provide our services for considerably less than our urban-based counterparts.

Because of its focus on community and quality of life, Shepherdstown and the surrounding area is a mecca for creative companies; we partner with some terrific local graphic designers and marketing/communications companies that make our code look good.
